I actually have my mother living with me. Trust me as much as I love you and care for her I am not too happy about her staying with me. My mom is not happy living in Fl, but she doesn't want to leave my house, she is very bitter and that affects everyone in the home. I have tried with her. I asked her to go visit my niece who invited her to stay with her for 2-3 weeks and she asked me why am I throwing her out. I told her I'm not throwing you out, but you need a change of pace and so do I. I need a break, I dont' understand why she thinks I'm throwing her out. My brother is finally telling her to come and visit him for the summer after 6 years, yay!! I've told him over and over that I need a break and I've gotten nothing. My mother is living with us because when she was diagnosed with cancer I had her come and stay with me so that I could get her the proper care she needed. She was living in Puerto Rico and I and anyone else that knows their health care system would let not leave their love ones there for serious health care. after she had surgery and was(is) in remission my brother convinced her to sell her house so that she could come and live with me, stating her would help out (yeah, right) well here it is 6 years later, thank God no cancer, but she is as bitter can be and we bump heads all the time. We bumped heads while I was growing up and we're still bumping heads. My family's break is way over due and I am hopefully getting it soon, becasue she finally agreed to take a trip to see my brother.
