Inspiration and support to live your healthiest life.
Carin Rockind elevates women to be rockstars in their own lives. Powerfully combining Positive Psychology with her experience as a Fortune 500 exec and her survival through traumas, Carin is an empowering coach and electric motivational speaker. She transforms women's lives with full soul makeovers that allow them to sparkle with fervor, passion and joy. As the founder of PurposeGirl LLC, Carin's goal is that every woman knows her worth, speaks her voice, claims her happiness, and owns her success. She helps people forget the stereotypical definitions of happiness and instead, learn how to find true happiness for themselves. Carin's life purpose crystallized after her "perfect" marriage left her feeling miserable. To recover, she volunteered as a youth group advisor and saw too many girls struggle to feel confident, beautiful and happy. She is so passionate about women's wellness that she left her corporate VP title and 6-figure salary to become one of the first 250 people in the world with a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Today, Carin is a nationally renowned speaker for companies like AVON, Ernst & Young, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. She is a frequent guest speaker on Cosmopolitan radio, and has been featured on Martha Stewart Radio network, NPR, PBS, and Crains Business. She has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and Virginia Marti College of Art and Design. Carin is a Dairy Queen lover, marathon runner, painter and avid writer who lives in New York, New York with her mutt puppy, Henry. For more information on Carin's work, visit www.carinrockind.com.
