I went to a WW meeting this Saturday.
I've been on a good track with exercise since January - doing two boot camps and three spin classes a week, most weeks without fail. I'm definitely firming up. And I can now do 25 "guy-style" pushups barely breaking a sweat. But the scale has been depressingly unchanged. So, it is time to look at what I'm eating. And WW has worked for me in the past.
