Is There A Link Between Food Allergy And Joint Pain?

A food allergy occurs when our bodies immune reacts to various types of foods, this depends on the food and immune system of the person since we react differently. Joint pain is caused by any harm on the joint causing aching, inflammation and pain; joint pain complications such as arthritis have been associated with other causes such has inadequate exercise assuming other causes like the food in our diet. Recently doctors have been considering the foods we take in the efforts to treating joint pain complications, some foods lead to joint pain and others help avoid joint pain complications. Knowing the food we react with help avoid joint pain, here are some foods that help avoid joint pain;

1. Taking the berries
Berries are found in many types, rasp berries, strawberries, blue berries and the list goes on, inflammation is one of the major initiators of joint pains. Taking berries help avoid joint pains as the berries are bundled with antioxidants which have anti- inflammatory properties, berries can be taken directly, blending it with yogurt or even making a yummy smoothie.

2. Including nuts in your diet
Taking nuts in the morning is quite a fresh start; nuts come in different types, cashew nuts or ground nuts. Taking a lot of nuts benefits your body health, they contain low content fats saving you the cost of burning up fats accumulated in your body. Nuts are very rich with antioxidants which are known for their ability to reduce the harm caused by inflammation and restore good condition of the joints.

3. Fresh carrots from the garden
